Support Center

Everything you need to know about our services, hardware compatibility, and operational model.

General

We believe sim racing hardware should be held to the same uncompromising standards as the cars they replicate.

Too often, we see racing icons and professional drivers invest in "high-end" rigs that are technically unoptimized—mismatched monitor refresh rates that bottleneck the GPU, missing bezel-free kits that break immersion, and unoptimized software configurations like visible taskbars or background latency.

Technical Excellence

We don't just "assemble" parts. We leverage a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science to ensure your hardware, drivers, and electrical infrastructure are perfectly synchronized for peak FPS and zero input lag.

The "Pro-Spec" Standard

A Grid Logic build is finished to a professional racing standard. That means seamless triple-monitor arrays, hidden cable management, and a dedicated OS environment that disappears the moment you hit the "Start" button.

Setting the Bar

Most vendors sell you a rig; we provide an engineered solution. We bridge the gap between "expensive gaming PC" and "professional training tool," ensuring that your investment delivers the performance and immersion you deserve.

Our HQ and future showroom is located in Baltimore, Maryland. We primarily serve the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DC, PA, VA, DE) for on-site services and sales.

Yes!

High-quality gear—from Load Cell pedals to high-refresh monitors—removes the technical "guesswork" inherent in entry-level setups. Moving from basic gear to precision components (like a Moza set) provides the consistent tactile feedback and visual clarity you need to build reliable muscle memory.

Better equipment doesn't just make you faster for one lap; it gives you the confidence to stay on the limit consistently, providing a distinct edge over racers fighting their hardware.

Services

Yes. Our primary service area is the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DC, PA, VA, DE). For projects outside this radius, travel fees will apply based on mileage and duration.
  • Zone A (Within 30 miles): Included in package price.
  • Zone B (31–60 miles): $75 travel fee.
  • Zone C (61+ miles / Summit Point / NJMP): Contact us for a custom quote. We’ve been known to travel further for "Championship" turnkey builds.

A high-end rig is only as fast as its weakest link. We provide end-to-end optimization to ensure your PC is a dedicated racing machine, not a bottleneck.

Latency Reduction

We eliminate "input lag" by optimizing USB polling rates and Windows background processes, ensuring your steering inputs reach the track with zero perceived delay.

Driver Ecosystems

From Fanatec Fanalab to Simucube TrueDrive and SimHub, we manage the complex web of firmware updates and software conflicts for you.

Graphic Profiles

We configure custom in-game settings for iRacing, ACC, and LMU to balance visual fidelity with the high frame rates required for competitive racing—especially critical for Triple Screen or VR setups.

Absolutely. We offer consultation services to help you avoid 'buy once, cry once' mistakes. We can design a full Bill of Materials (BOM) for your budget.

Yes. We specialize in synchronizing your rig's ambient lighting to create a fully immersive racing environment.

  • Corsair iCUE Integration: Full configuration of fans, strips, and peripherals to match your car's livery or team colors.
  • Reactive Lighting: Setup of Philips Hue or Govee systems that react dynamically to on-screen racing action (e.g., green flags, spotter warnings, or engine RPM).
  • Cable Management: We don't just program the lights; we ensure all controllers and wiring are hidden for a professional, "clean-build" look.

Our expertise goes far beyond the cockpit. We provide professional-grade infrastructure to ensure your simulator—or your entire facility—operates with zero downtime and peak performance.

Electrical Engineering

We don't use extension cords. As licensed professionals, we handle dedicated circuit installs, subpanels, and proper grounding to safely power high-torque motors and motion systems exactly where you want them.

Network Architecture

We deploy Ubiquiti-based networking with Cat6 or 10G fiber backbones. We eliminate lag at the source, ensuring every rig has a low-latency, "always-on" connection to the racing servers.

Commercial & Multi-Rig Deployments

Planning a sim-arcade or retail facility? We provide full-stack engineering for multi-unit installations. This includes synchronized menu boards, internal networking for 12+ rigs, and the electrical backbone required to keep them all running under full load.

Yes. We specialize in "Factory-Spec" builds that utilize authentic, manufacturer-licensed components to replicate the exact feel of a professional race car.

Authentic Hardware

We source elite hardware like the BMW M4 GT3 steering wheel—the exact same wheel used in the real-world race car—integrated seamlessly into your simulator.

Manufacturer Partnerships

Whether it's a Lamborghini licensed chassis or Porsche branded peripherals, we curate components that carry the official seal of the world's most iconic racing brands.

Precision Aesthetics

Beyond the hardware, we work with our partners to apply professional-grade liveries and custom graphics to your rig, seat, and wheelbase. We ensure every detail—down to the cable management and LED color profiles—matches the official team identity.

Hardware

Absolutely. Many of our clients have "half a rig" sitting in boxes. We can jump in at any stage—whether you need a "Grid Ready" assembly for parts you’ve already purchased or an "Apex" tune-up for a rig that’s already built but doesn’t feel right.

Yes, we specialize in junior-focused builds! For young drivers with karting ambitions, a dedicated simulator is more than a game—it's a critical tool for learning race craft and track layouts.

Safety & Software

Adult rigs can be dangerous. We configure junior setups with torque-limited software and physical e-stops to prevent injury during high-force collisions.

Youth Ergonomics

We use adjustable frames like the Go Kart Plus to ensure proper seating position, pedal reach, and field-of-view (FOV) tailored to smaller frames.

Karting Excellence

Practice on laser-scanned tracks using iRacing or Assetto Corsa. This builds "mental programming" that transfers directly to the kart track.

Protect Your Gear

A dedicated setup means your child won't be "beating" on your professional settings, ensuring your own rig stays perfectly dialed for competition.

Yes. While often overlooked by major vendors, we consider the Stream Deck a vital piece of the modern simulator "cockpit."

GT3 / GTP Control Panels

We program custom profiles for iRacing and Assetto Corsa that replicate the physical control layout of a half-million dollar GT3 or Hypercar—giving you instant access to brake bias, TC settings, and engine maps.

Broadcast Management

For professional racers, we configure OBS and multi-platform streaming shortcuts. Switch camera angles, trigger replays, and manage your community without ever leaving the driver's seat.

Expert Integration:We don't just "plug it in." We assist with ergonomic mounting solutions and custom icon sets so your Stream Deck feels like a natural extension of the car's dashboard, not an after-thought.

Yes. We can integrate your existing gaming PC into a new rig build, provided it meets the minimum specifications for the simulation software you intend to run.

Payments & Support

We stand behind every bolt turned and every line of code written. Our goal is to keep you on the track, not in the pits.

Installation Guarantee

All labor is 100% guaranteed. As licensed professionals, we ensure every installation is code-compliant, electrically safe, and cable-managed to the highest professional standards.

Hardware Advocacy

If a component fails (e.g., a Moza or Fanatec wheelbase), we don't just point you to the manual. We manage the manufacturer warranty claim for you to ensure a swift replacement.

The "Zero-Spaghetti" Promise

We guarantee that your rig will be clean and tidy. If you aren't satisfied with the cable management or the physical safety of the build, we will return to make it right at no additional cost to you.

We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers for large hardware orders. Service fees are typically invoiced upon completion of the work.
