Refund Policy
Effective as of February 23, 2026
01. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the hardware has been shipped or the custom build process has begun. If your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once a product has shipped or custom fabrication/assembly has started, the order can no longer be canceled.
02. Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:
- Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unactivated, and in new or like-new condition.
- The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical support team.
Ineligibility Criteria
Returns and refunds will not be granted if:
- Request is submitted > 14 days after delivery.
- Product shows signs of unauthorized disassembly or modification.
- Missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
- Damage caused by lightning, high impact, or electrical surge.
- Serial numbers or factory seals have been altered.
- No valid proof of purchase is provided.
03. High-Value & Professional Gear
For professional sim racing hardware valued over $500, Grid Logic reserves the right to request photo/video evidence of reported issues and require the product to be returned for technical inspection before approving a refund or replacement.
04. Shipping Costs
Change of mind or preference: Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Confirmed hardware error: Grid Logic will cover all return shipping costs.
05. Process
Contact support@gridlogic.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Our team will guide you through the logistics and provide a return authorization.
06. Processing
Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or clearance items (including custom liveries and unique build-to-order chassis) are non-returnable unless faulty upon arrival.
No Restocking Fee
Grid Logic does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. We believe in fair transparent pricing for our racing community.
